If you need to change the personal information after the certificate is issued, please visit the hospital with your passport during business hours.
(We are closed on Sundays, holidays, and after 6 o'clock during week days. Call Center dose not handle the matter.)

발급은 검사받으신 날짜로부터 일주일간 가능합니다.

The certificate can be issued until after a week from the date of test.
